While playing with various random matches whom don't share a language, I've noticed the slight chaos and misunderstanding that comes from the group healing abilities and potions- sending a pulse to let your team know you're using one works only sometimes, and people often run straight to the exit after the fight, so you have to do a little dance or try to catch up with the rest of the team to heal. My suggestion would be to add to each combat room a small POI that could work as a rendez-vous spot, with simple but consistent design (a small mushroom circle that can be replaced by rocks, flowers etc depending on the level comes to mind) that doesn't do anything by itself, but which players could very easily assign meaning to.
