Willow's Burning Bernie needs some buff

Currently Burning Bernie is the most underrated skill of Willow. The Burning Bernie skill itself is great, but you have to give up many useful lighter tree skills in return including affinity flames.

When I used the skill, the most bothersome thing was the effect duration. 30 seconds sounds long in paper but it feels kinda short in-game. Imagine Burning Frenzy only lasted 30 seconds instead of 60s.

What's worse is you cannot actively extend the Burning status of Bernie WHILE he's already burning unlike Burning Frenzy. You need to wait till the Burning effect ends if you extend the buff. This makes perfect synerge with the short duration of the skill. 

Also, you should learn at least 8 skills of Bernie tree, EXCLUDING the affinity Bernie skills. These affinity Bernie skills are so powerful that almost nobody wants to give up these skills. It means you need to use 10 skill points in Bernie tree in order to fully take the advantage of Burning Bernie. Even if the affinity skill was included in 8 requirements, you still cannot learn the iconic affinity flames, since you need to spend at least 9 points to use Burning Bernie.

The biggest problem is Burning Bernie is it makes your playstyle much more passive than utilizing the lighter skills. The enemies should target and attack Bernie. Which doesn't work well in some situations. For example the grumble bees of 3th and 4th phase bee queen would prioritize Willow rather than Bernie, and the woven shadows of Fuelweaver just cannot attack Bernie. And most of the bosses' aggro don't last long on Bernie.  Simply utilizing spontaneous combustion and lunar flames are much better and consistent in most of the situations than just.. waiting for enemy to hit Bernie within the short 30 seconds. Suppose Wendy cannot use most of her ghostly elixers in her entire gameplay if she chose to use Distilled Vengeance. Using Burning Bernie feels same like it. This iconic skill of Bernie definitely needs some attention.

Here's the list of changes that possibly can be applied :

1. Burning Bernie should last 60 seconds, instead of 30s - same as Burning Frenzy. Collecting ember is much harder with only 5 skills on lighter tree, while the skill requires the ember every 30 seconds.

2. Burning Bernie duration should be extended while he's still burning. Currently the skill feels like it stops kinda randomly and unexpectably during the brawl.

3. Affinity Bernie skills should be counted in the "8" Bernie skill requirements. Even with this change, the player cannot use more than 6 points on the lighter tree of the most optimized Burning Bernie skill tree.
