Add blackboards into the game

So functionally, a blackboard would be a sign where you could edit it at will without needing to hammer down a sign and starting over from a blank slate.

WOuld be more helpful if the blackboard could be deployed like the red crockpots and stored in your pocket when taken down, saving the information you wrote on it on the fly.

 

Even if it remains a static structure, that's fine too. Having signs we can edit would be great and having it be an item that's a blackboard simply makes sense.
