I honestly don't know how much more clearly I can explain this to you. It added docks. That's about all I will give it in terms of genuinely unique and interesting stuff. So the trinkets should only affect you if you miss clicked? What kind of design is that hahaha Docks were a huge thing but the update added more interesting stuff and you cant say that wonkey curse isn't unique... Is okay if you don't like it but you are making bland biases statements based in your opinion Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/153619-monkey-trinket-rework-plus-minor-wonkey-thing/page/2/#findComment-1692041 Share on other sites

The one-to-one comparison to that would be killing an enemy and automatically taking unavoidable semi-permanent damage because you did so. Like... say every time you killed a hound it lowers your max HP by 5 until you find a spot on the map to restore that lost HP. And also the game doesn't tell you where or how to restore your HP. That is the design philosophy we're talking about here. Both designs are terrible, but of the two, I'd definitely prefer the one that gives me meaningful input on what to do about it, gives adequate warning to avoid the danger, and doesn't require a time-consuming scavenger hunt to fix. At this point, say just to delete it. Obviously the player wont choose to take the 5 damage. I can definitely agree with this idea.
