The Lunar flames CD

There is no denying that the current Lunar flames is a little too good, but locking it out with cool down seems very uninspired. What about instead of hard locking out the cast with cd, instead we soft lock it with something more thematic? Lunar flames are supposed to be cold. Just look at lunar varg! What if on every cast, Willow body temperature goes down? You can spam it all you want, but at a certain point, you will start to freeze, which ties into her actual downside as well, which is her being susceptible to freezing and take being frozen is  more punishing.

This is certainly one of the more interesting ways I've seen to balance out the cast, but I feel it is certainly the most interesting approach since freezing is rarely a problem for mid tier + players beyond a cocky deerclops and klaus fight s

gunpowder has CD. I think it's ok that Lunar flame also has CD.

Meanwhile Maxwell exists and can hold a boss down while his homies beat down a boss. Flamethrower at least puts you in danger while you hold out your hand and wait and your friends cant help unless they want to burn to death
