failed to connect to cave

it woking for last 2k days but today i was kicked when try to migrate to cave

anyone know what is the problem ?
cus i cant seem to reconect back to the server.

The connection to your Caves shard seems to have timed out.

Make sure that the Caves' Server port is allowed inbound through your firewall.

what should i do to make sure that i do that ?

 

does this just happen out of no where ? we just passes 2k days doing fine with cave and all but today its collapsed and giving us this 
CloseConnectionWithReason: ID_DST_SHARD_SILENT_DISCONNECT
its not just me but all player cant seems to connect to cave, then cant seem to reconnect to server after thrown from that
