A way to create artificial Sea Stacks and make Sea Weed drop more than one Sea Sprout Starter?

I've been wanting this too, not the first time I've heard this asked for as well. I can't take credit for this idea, but the proposition I heard was to use the unappeased Antlion's rage, which drops boulders on players in caves and opens sinkholes under players on land, to also raise sea stacks aimed at players on boats.

As for Sea Sprout Starters, hmm... Maybe giving them tree jam a few times, with a few days in between as with growing above average tree trunks, would get multiple sea weeds to grow on the same sea stack, and you'd need to fight them both together which would then drop two sea sprout starters instead of one.
