Electric damage should work on flying enemies.

There aren't even that many, but I think it would be a good Quality of life change, since it does seem semi logical.

The only flying mobs (that stay flying to attack), that I can think of are the Bees, Batilisk, Mosquitos, Fruit Flies, Lord of the Fruit Flies, Malbatross, Dragonfly, Bee Queen, The Eye of Terror, The Twins of Terror, and Stage 3 of the Celestial champion.

Maybe throw in butterflies and Lunar Moths since they almost always fly (just to add to Don't Starve Trivia).

Maybe even add the changes to the next Single player QOL changes, and add vampire bats to the list.

Does it? I know it applies to wet enemies, but I don't think it applies to flying.

Electric damage apply to both dry and wet enemies, wet enemies just have a higher damage modifier.

Assuming you mean flying enemies should have a higher damage modifier like wet ones, why? This doesn't make sense.

Y original thoughts were more along the lines of Flying enemies having the same damage modifier as wet enemies. Admittedly, my logic came more from my experience with Pokémon, so I guess you're right. Doesn't make too much sense.
