Give us a way to see the upgrade option outside of the upgrade room and when selecting a power

I think it would be nice to see what upgrade options powers have so we the player can decide if we want to 1) pickup the power and 2) see if this is a power we would want to upgrade later in the run.

Here I have this sting like a bee perk and I'm debating if I should pick it up, but I don't know what it's upgrade will be like which may be the deciding factor for me.

Edit: I've now noticed that Sting Like a Bee is already fully upgraded, but I believe my point still stands for powers that have upgrade options.
