After a while, instead of regrowing into a small palmcone tree just like evergreens and birchnut trees do, the stump just disappears. I wonder if this is intended or a bug. That’s just stumps naturally de-spawning and saplings being randomly spawned in their respective biomes. The presence of stumps have nothing to do with that. I tested by setting the timer "decay" of a stump and found that it disappeared.
