What part of my ps4 should i upgrade to reduce input delay for dst

I dont wanna any awnsers like just buy a ps5 or anything

Im upgrading my ps4 idk what the main thing i need is though

Day 1400 insane lag

Hundreds of mobs

Tons of buildings

My game is loading to much styff at once for the ps4

DST can get pretty laggy late game regardless of hardware, I'm not sure if it's just because you're on PS4. Get rid of spider dens near your base, excessive amounts of items near your base, lower your graphical settings (enable small textures, texture streaming, etc.)

It's not a ps4-ps5 thing, you could have a NASA pc and if you have a gazillion things lying around it will still make the game unplayable. It's more related on how the game is processed than the hardware.

TL;DR not a money thing, just clean in game.

Yaah as a previous owner of nearly decade old ps4, your worlds probably just messy. Pickup all the floor garbage and put it in a chest.

There will always be some input lag tho. Just how the game operates. Only way to get rid of it is getting a pc and getting the dont starve alone mod
