Make palmcone trees less time consuming to obtain

Presently, the only way to obtain palmcone trees is chopping down trees on monkey island and feeding moon gleams into the portal. Gathering the moon gleams is an extremely tedious process, especially for solo players. Feeding them into the portal isn't so bad, but waiting around for 30 seconds between moon gleam spawns is really boring and doesn't feel respectful of the player's time.

There are a few approaches which could make the experience a lot better.

1. Make the moongleam spawn rate tunable either through mods (TUNING global) or through the world settings menu. 1/30s is painfully slow. This isn't my favorite solution because it also affects banana bushes and monkeytails.

2. Make max level Palmcone Trees drop two sprouts instead of 1. Being able to duplicate them in this way doesn't seem like it would be OP or anything since you can get all the palmcone scales you need with only a few trees anyways.

Increasing your palmcone tree population past their initial discovery should definitely be possible without having to return to the Moon Quay. It could be like the palmtrees in Shipwrecked, which only have a chance of dropping a second 'seed' when harvested at peak growth, or... I wonder if it would be even better for the product and the seed to be one and the same, again, like it is with Shipwrecked's palmtrees, and Hamlet's tea trees? That would give players the choice in how to manage the trees, when to propagate them, and when to process them, to do one or the other depending on the evolving situation.

Ah yeah like if they were craftable from the palmcone scales? That would be neat.
