Achievement 'First Teleport of Call' not possible when teleporters are disabled. (Suggestion)

I decided to start a new game and get all achievements, but for a bit of extra challenge, I also disabled the teleporters.

So now I can't get the "First Teleport of Call" achievement, which is a bit of a let down in the perfectionist department of my brain.

 

So I guess the game can either just hide that achievement when u start with teleporters disabled,

or alternatively, just give out the achievement once the "friend" has been defrosted on a game with disabled teleporters.

 

PS: Also, I would really appreciate an option that would let me choose if I want the care packages limitation to be lifted after 500 cycles. I have to keep rejecting shove-voles and stuff to not loose my motivation to go to the shove vole planet.
I know something might not be normal with my brain, but well I've been playing ONI for a couple of years now, and I know loosing motivations like this really messes up the level of enjoyment of the game.

And one more thing to annoy you. The colony image look like it shifted to the right, If played on moonlet few tiles on the right side will not appear on colony image XD.
