Szczuku
I wish there was like, a structure, unlocked in the farming research tree, that'd allow us to create natural tiles, instead of having to do some weird shenanigans. Here's my concept: A structure that once placed would allow you to select a recipe, each tile would need a different amount of material, correspending to its respective density. Then your dupe would operate on the machine (it doesn't require power, just labour) and the machine would create a natural tile on its lower half. Therefore, when you deconstruct the machine you'd only get 50% of its materials back (cuz the rest got buried in the natural tile). That way leaving natural tiles be in the early game would still be more benefitial, as then you wouldn't be 'losing' materials to create new tiles. Something like this: (pardon quick drawing) "Tile/Material compactor" or something like that. Just a big springlocked hammer that dupes compact materials with to form a tile Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/150482-an-intuitive-way-to-create-natural-tiles/ Share on other sites
cyberwarlord
Natural build tiles? Mod for that. I just use it to move dirt an sand for cosmetic projects. Sasza22
Constructing and deconstructing the machine will get tedious really fast. Imo it should be a one time use structure after operating it would become a part of the tile.
