Telescope should show alert when missing oxygen

I was wondering for a long time why no one did any telescope use, and finally figured out that there was no oxygen in the telescope. I think this should have an alert just like other buildings "missing materials" , since there is no other indication of anything wrong when this happens.

Toilets don`t show they are out of water and imo that would be a bigger issue. But i agree. A building not getting it`s pipe input is just as important as it lacking resources delivered by dupes. I`d rather see those warnings in my tray than the cooking stations producing warnings everytime all the food gets cooked.
