Oxylite shipping question

I tried googling around but found some conflicting information.  Asking here just to be clear:

1. Oxylite on a shipping rail WILL offgas UNLESS it is in a solid tile or, I assume, other conditions that prevent offgasing, like underwater or heavy air pressure.
2. Oxylite carried by a dupe WLL NOT off gas

One other question, will Soild Rocket Port Loader load Oxylite into a Oxidizer Tank (with the correct setting)?

No. Solid Rocket Port Loader will only load them into Cargo Bay.

Another thing:  If you are shipping it over conveyor rails through a vacuum, you can have a bunch of conveyor bridges in a row.  If you do this, you can stop offgassing by putting a tile on the bridge outputs.
