Found a ton of annoyances

• Allow to set up building settings before it's constructed. You have to visit the building twice and you often forget
• Blueprint integration is a must, who want to create the same room again? Some editor before pasting the building would be nice
• Pipe blocked tool, for example highlight the problematic pipe segment
• Integrate essential plugins, especially UI ones
• Performance advisor to determine what's causing the game slow down 
• Bigger item info cards, show contents first section first
• Find building tool, "go to next building of the same type" command
• Windows/dialog tiny on big screen with unnecessary scrollbars 
• Need material search in container dialog
• Display container gas on the container 
• Power wires are annoying, it has 1000 W capacity but says strained at 700?  1 kW is too low
• When building show important info about selected material like overheat temperatures etc.
• Better clothes UI so you can see who's wearing what at one place
• In the Vitals screen, add what's current job
• Fix "Invalid construction location" nag, it popups even if a location construction is scheduled
• "Building lacks resources spam", it should appear after some delay

Most of what you're suggesting are available as mods already, but I don't disagree; this should be in the base game. I'm just saying that in the meantime, you can survive using mods.

Yes, I use mods but like you said, only most of that.

i spoke to this so long ago it's archived. so far it is not in their nature to do practical improvements. But they will give you pajamas and seven new balloon colors!

Not true. They did eventually give us Pliers/Disconnect tool.
