some things i catched from character quotes about the new materials

Was checking the quotes for the new items and found one or two things that seemed interesting enough to put here:

Many characters refer to the brightshade husk as a very sturdy and resitant material, this might indicate future porpuses for the material like new walls or gadgets.

Maxwell doesnt know if charlie knows about the pure brilliance, this not only show they still have poor comunication skills but also hints that maxwell isnt excatly plotting against the sruvivors yet.

Wx refers to the armor as a nice dmg buffer, which sort of indicates for me that the porpuse of this new set of armor is not ti be particulary protective but to buff the player (this particulary hypes me because it means that we are finally getting armor pieces with impactfull side effects other than more protection).

Wilsons jokes still getting worse and i love that for him.

“Buffer” here means “to reduce shock” or “form a barrier between” not “buff-er” as in something that provides a buff. So damage buffer just means it protects against damage. 

Although, it could be an attempt at a joke, as in the armour protects against damage and buffs damage (against shadows), but a joke like that doesn’t really fit WX’s personality. Their jokes are normally at the expense of living things.
