pether Posted March 17, 2023 Share Posted March 17, 2023 Quick initial feedback after some sandbox play: Ancient Specimen story trait - I had much fun solving it even with debug mode, I can imagin in normal play it will be even more fun. I really like the final reward, I was expecting something different, but this is much better Playtime-based skin drops - I'm confused how do they work, where can I track my current progress? But I like the idea Meteor Blaster - YES! YES! YES! Vanilla meteors were so unfun without it! Can we have radbolt-powered DLC variant as well? One QOL I need here - it says it has radius of 32, but I hated counting vanilla scanners radius of 16 and I would hate counting to 32 twice as much. Can we have highlighted area of effect? Same as with Auto-Sweepers (that have radius of 9 and need that because who would like to count those tiles...) Blastshot Maker - Since Blaster accepts rails, could it output the projectiles on rails as well? Adding sweeper and loader feels redundant... Rock Fan - great! The game needs more fun traits, something more than attribute modifiers. I love it, please give us more! "Pyrotechnics" skill - good to see that skill tree having more usage Meteor Showers custom game settings - more settings is always welcome! Modding: It seems the update crashed plenty of mods. I didn't investigate yet, but I wonder how much of the crashes are unavoidable for this great content and how much of them could be prevented by eg. not changing the names in your code... We have hard time catching up to all your changes... Edit: I did the investigation and I feel I must correct myself: the game indeed reported many mods crashing, but that was due to blaming system error. In reality only two of my mods crash, and that is due to very peculiar corner case that probably won't affect many other mods. So it doesn't seem that bad.
