Solid Filter and Conveyor Meter in research tree should be reversed.

I believe the position of the Solid filter and the Conveyor Meter in the research tree should be swapped. When compared to both gas and liquid, both have the filters researched earlier in the tree than their meters, so for consistency in the research, shouldn't the solid filter be researched before the conveyor meter. 

Currently, Liquid tuning and HVAC research includes the respective meter and two pipe sensors, but the Solid management has the Filter and sensors. (rail germ sensor could also be moved to the pathogen diagnostics research)
