squebus Posted February 7, 2023 Share Posted February 7, 2023 So as the title says certain mods will constantly redownload seemingly nothing, like zero data at all. I have followed a video that shows how to fix the workshop-(numbers) glitch which sort of worked? But now whenever I have these certain mods that constantly redownload I can't join a modded server with my friend because it says the host has older versions of the mods even though they are up to date. I am super confused by this because I saw nobody else is having this workshop-(numbers) glitch and I still do. Can anyone help? squebus Posted February 7, 2023 Author Share Posted February 7, 2023 Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleaned all, tried to update, remove the workshop mod folders and the folders from the 322330 folder and nothing seems to work. I have heard about people reinstalling steam entirely but I am hesitant because I don't want to lose my saves in every other game I have played. Have you tried installing it in a different location. Moving most mods from the workshop/content/322330/mods folder to DontStaveToghether/mods seems to work, but some mods like Insight, still don't work.
