A Lost Yen Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 I am trying to play split screen with my sis, but when I try to join in the main menu, an error box tells me that I can't join at that point because I can't select another user. JanH Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 Unfortunately we are missing some information and will need a more detailed description of the steps you have taken so far when encountering this error. Could you please provide further details and/or a video clip of the steps you take + the issue you are experiencing - this will be of much help for us. In the meantime, based on your initial description, it sounds like you currently do not have a 2nd Nintendo account that can be selected; and the system is not able to allow a 2nd player to join in. The 2nd account does not need to have an active Nintendo Online subscription if you are playing offline, however, it needs to exist, in order for the game to register that there is a 2nd player joining. A Lost Yen Posted November 24, 2022 Author Share Posted November 24, 2022 I do have a second account, but for some reason it doesn't register it, or I guess thats what I think is happening, doesn't having an email adress linked to it affect it in any way?
