Cooking Recipes to be put in Cook Book

Given we have a Cook Book item, it would make sense to be able to put these recipes in it for players to read the cookbook to update their list of recipes to cook and get a papyrus back. This way all these recipes don't clutter up anything and people can still read them this way.

Additional QOL could be if a player who has a lot of cooking recipes unlocked would have the cookbook updated to their own discovered cooking recipe list the moment they craft it so that other players have an easier time learning them, no explenations needed, just make the book with recipes discovered, give it to an unknowing player and tell them the name of the recipe to cook for what they need.

And to top it all off, being able to update a given Cook Book's recipe list with your own using the Cartographer's Desk would also be a neat addition. So instead of the item reflecting what you have discovered (unless you craft one), each cook book would have its own list of cooking recipes, sort of like a map scroll.
