Option to choose starting duplicant amount

The default can stay at 3, but having a setting to change it between 1 to 10 to start out with would not only make the game more replayable but also give way for more official challenges (having only 1 duplicant around) or having a quicker start because you're so bored of the early few dozen cycles being all the same and not much getting done until mid-game.

The game can still work with 50 starting duplicants, as showcased in this video, so 10 being the maximum starting amount doesn't seem quite that much anymore.
