[Suggestion] Allow Antlion To Generate Sea Stacks In Summer For Players On Boats

Antlion currently causes sinkholes on surface and falling boulders in cave in summer.

I would argue that the formation of new sea stacks are of the same "crustal activity" nature as the events above.

I suggest Antlion causes ocean disturbance when players are on boats, with bubbling water (animation from crab king fight) or whirlpool animation as a warning sign. Failing to dodge the attack will poke 1 to 2 holes in the boats, but successful dodge will see the formation of new sea stacks.

I am very much in favor of this idea. Sea stacks need some kind of regeneration mechanic, and with the antlion able to trouble players on land and underground during the summer, it does seem like something's missing with it being unable to do anything to players on boats. This would do well to resolve both those issues.
