thewalkingcamel Posted July 15, 2022 Share Posted July 15, 2022 So the majority of items clearly based on books are Wickerbottom's magic books, which is out of question, but there're also the Codex Umbra as well as cookbooks. The bookcase added in the Wickerbottom rework update currently only supports holding Wicker's books in its storage. Not accepting Codex Umbra actually makes a lotta sense lore-wise due to obvious reasons, but not so reasonable with cookbooks, huh? Despite cookbooks have no durability limits and is not related to magic in any ways, well, it's a book and it deserves a place in a decent book collection XD it can also help when people are trying to sort their book-type items out.
