Why Wonkey is a dyn file?

I don't understand, i know that dyn files are used for skins and dlc characters so they can't be accessed with normal tools.Walter and Warly-ok, why not, maybe they were supposed to be dlc characters too, but why Wonkey?Wonkey is just a curse, why it's textures are dyn too?

All characters even vanilla are dynned, supposedly this is because dyns are more efficient when loading, I've heard.

However they're fake dyns! They ain't real! Theyre just .zip files with their extension changed to a .dyn. Change the .dyn back to a .zip and you'll get the actual file, of course this only applies for non-skin dyn assets.
