Flip Face
I just thought of a biome or village where the creatures or inhabitants have very delicious typical food. And that benefits all the survivors' stats. But this recipe is always forgotten, and you'll have to learn it all over again if you start a new world or change characters. However when the survivors learn how the recipe is made. They are disgusted and the food has all its benefits reversed. Someone from the group of survivors could make the "sacrifice of learning to cook the recipe". He would not benefit because he knows how the recipe is made. But other players who don't know the ingredients would benefit from this. The ingredients could be something disgusting like bugs, maggot milk, monster meat, etc. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/140832-suggestion-of-new-recipe-to-eat/ Share on other sites
Just-guy
That would just annoy singleplayer players and multiplayer players could just make other recipes that help in them in the 3 stats as there are various recipes that do that like Banana Pop, Barnacle Linguine, California Roll, Creamy Potato Purée, etc. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/140832-suggestion-of-new-recipe-to-eat/#findComment-1576631 Share on other sites

You can get it in this new biome with the new mobs, but cooking them yourself would be the fastest way to get them in bulk.
