Shank and Origin

Hello. I have bought Shank via Humble Indie Bundle 4, and want to add this game to my Origin library.

But EA support asks me to provide serial key for this, and I do not have serial key for Shank separately, because HiB4 contains 8 games together.

So please could you give me the serial number to provide for EA support?

Sorry for the delay in response! I was actually looking into this for you since that bundle released before I started here.

Alas, Humble Indie Bundle does not include Origin versions. It is for Steam. Origin is something that we don't have any control over, it's an EA specific thing. As the publisher of that title, they released it on Origin, but that is separate from the deal that was made to include Shank in the Humble Indie Bundle.

You can ask EA if they would be willing to give you a copy since you already own it on Steam / Humble, but I am not sure if that's something they would do.

Wish I could help more, but Origin related stuff isn't something we have much say in. I hope that helps answer your question!

I provided proof of purchase and EA support added game into my Origin account =)
