MOD REQUEST: Custom materials

I was experimenting with the thermal physics in the game, and I thought "If I could make my own materials with my own properties, this would be a lot easier."

I think it would be great if there was a material in the game where we could customize its properties.  I envision this mod to be either a set of materials that the player can use in debug mode where we can set the properties (thermal conductivity, thermal capacity, what it phase transitions to, etc).
