This is the UDP port occupied, I see you changed the default port, I guess you want to set up two servers. You can change all ports in Master and Caves configuration files to different ports. And need to install two servers to run.

There might be either a server running in the background on the same port, or the firewall REALLY doesn't like that port being used (happened before)

Try checking if there's one already running and/or change the port to a different one.
