Delete lingering resources when a building is deconstructed

The most important one being deodorizers releasing tiny puffs of polluted oxygen when removed. I realize this is a constraint within the simulation (that it consumes a certain "packet size") but please just add a tiny condition "if resource in inventory can be consumed by the building and quantity is lower than packet size, delete it"

Having stray tiles of polluted oxygen in my base is an unreasonably huge annoyance for me and I spend way too much time chasing them down with dupes building tiles until I randomly hit that one tile to remove it :D

Yeah I've noticed it's sometimes deleted, but I think the packet size is 100g so it sometimes still releases into a normally pressurized base

(I also realize the remaining tile of PO2 is not a practical problem, but a psychological one :D)
