Neotuck Posted February 24, 2022 Share Posted February 24, 2022 After hearing about using shine bugs to disinfect germs I decided to upgrade my old bathroom loop design to include them and this is what I came up with. Originally I let the shines fly around the chlorine room with the reservoir but they tend to get stuck inside the mech door preventing them from laying eggs. Buffer gate is set to 60s but sometimes all germs die with as little as 20s when both baby and elder shine bugs are available.
