Quit without save (and other mod testing conveniences)

When I'm testing my mods, it's inconvenient to have the game save when I disconnect, and then have to manually rollback. I'd like a console command to terminate the server without saving. (Could have parameter for quitting to menu vs desktop.)

I'd also like the option to quit to main menu instead of just desktop when the server crashes in singleplayer without caves.

Another useful thing would be an option to keep client mods enabled when the game crashes before postinit, instead of forcing "I understand", when I know the problem was caused by my server mod. Edit: DisableModDisabling() in modsettings.lua does this!
