Add more characters, grafts, bosses and a new story for a custom character run that any person can play as any race and gender they want! I think it would add even more diversity and flavor to the game! Imagine having custom combat and negation drafting which allows the player to develop their character! This might not be seen but I really think it would make the game even better! But if you're hoping for a full-fledged expansion, I might have some good news later this month...
