Are there any rules in this game that set which dupes can or can't have which joytraits?

I noticed a strange thing while playing : Some sticker bomber's stickers don't show up. I mean, the stickers were there, but I just can't see them.

After some testing, my guess is this: Some dupes are not supposed to be sticker bomber,  I used a mod to change them to be. So the game doesn't know what texture to assign to their stickers, therefore they are invisible.
Could this theory be correct?

Overjoyed reaction and stress reactions are fixed per dupe.

Sticker bombs I think are different for each sticker bomber or at least there are several variations.

I was really surprised when I saw this one:

If a mod that changes overjoyed reactions makes stickers non visible, then you will need to contact the mod creator or comment on the mod's page in the steam workshop about what happens

And I just solved this problem with another mod. Silly me, in the description of the 2nd mod clearly said that joy traits are fixed. I missed that part when I first read it.
