HowlVoid Posted December 18, 2021 Share Posted December 18, 2021 So I was thinking about how to increase Wormwood's sailing ability, but without adding a needless Wormwood perk. Maybe something everyone can benefit from in the end game? I came up with a new type of oar: Living log oar Something that has always bugged me is having to carry my oars around when I forget to leave them behind on the ship. Oars are not expensive so this usually means I just abandon the oar in a random spot somewhere in the world when ever I need the space. Oars, oars everywhere. The living oar would be an oar that when dropped, it stands up, and waddles behind the player. Similar to mandrakes, any damage makes it inanimate again as a way to dismiss it (doesn't cause durability damage). Picking it up and dropping makes it animate again. Durability could be more than a drift wood oar (or same), but same power. The oar isn't a follower (won't teleport) and will become inanimate if you get to far, as a downside.
