World Generation

1. Update world generation and world settings along with new content updates. Currently no Waterlogged content can be tuned via world settings.

2. Add a way to choose if you want a juicy berry world or regular berry world or maybe both. Same goes for saplings and twiggy trees. Klei I've been generating new worlds for the past 30 minutes trying to get a non-twiggy trees one. For crying out loud I just want regular saplings

I know it would be a shame to miss out on juicy berries just to not have twiggy trees, but you could set starting resource variety to "classic", which only gens the regular saplings, grass tufts and berry bushes.
Putting this setting to "highly random" for the caves might be useful if you'd like to at least find some potential twiggy trees or juicy berries without having to wait for world regrowth, though as the name suggests its still random whether you'll even get them or not.

I also generally agree that we do need the world customization to be updated for new content, I'm honestly a bit surprised (and maybe a tiny bit disappointed) that there aren't really any settings for the waterlogged update. 
It'd be a shame if we either didn't get settings for new content again or if we had to wait for customization settings to be added after several updates.

you already can do that!
