coding help Working on a personal reskin for Ro-bin and need some help

So I HATE  how Ro-bin looks so I want to try to make a custom reskin to make Ro-bin look way cuter but when I extract the ingame files for Ro-bin it makes BIN files and stuff and I have no clue how to make it all work to edit the design! (I don't know if it is okay to make a personal reskin but I really dislike the look of Ro-bin)  I'd need someone to help me to figure out how to get the ingame sprites on Spriter with the animation so all I'd need to do is just draw a better design for Ro-bin and no longer have to look at that horrid pattern.
