FeatherfacedOwl
Hello, I am currently trying to produce a character mod. I have all the art and sprites in order, but for some reason whenever I load in the game it goes from how it looks in the Spriter tool and instead looks like some eldritch horror that emerged from Chernobyl. I've been trying to find a solution to this but I genuinely have no idea how to even look up the problem I'm experiencing. I've attached some examples. Any help is appreciated, I've made a character mod before but it was over five years ago and I'm back to square 1. The Eldritch horror What she's supposed to look like Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/132643-help-character-sprites-are-completely-out-of-line-on-custom-sprite/ Share on other sites
pickleplayer
Did you happen to move any of the sprite locations within spriter? The spriter file only shows a preview, but it isn't what actually shows up in game. All of the changes need to be made in the image files themselves, and trying to move them in spriter won't change the actual sprite in-game Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/132643-help-character-sprites-are-completely-out-of-line-on-custom-sprite/#findComment-1485656 Share on other sites

A whooole lot of tedious editing is required, but it works!
