Larger Stacks & Offscreen Tooltip Rendering

As seen below when hovering over a tile filed with items all the items try to display their tooltip on screen, they'll even render off screen, no point in rendering offscreen when you can't zoom out to see the rest of the tooltip panels.

Also here you can see multiple stacks around 24tons, might aswell just be one single stack combined instead of having all these smaller individual stacks.

Here it can stack to 100tons but not above.

Yup, tooltips off screen are a pain. They should pop up to the right when not fitting on the screen.

Oh and when there's multiple eggs the tooltip should just combine those into one.
