Make medicine system useful.

I`m always sad when a lot of work goes into a system just for it to get abandoned. Diseases were reworked before but now they are just to weak to matter. Most of it is ignorable and radiation sickness and zombie spores are impossible to get unless you really want to. On the other hand when actually getting dupes sick it`s a really annoying job to get the cures. Imagine having to get multiple sun shinebug eggs to fix a zombie spore outbreak if you weren`t prepared beforehand. Or getting rid of germs when they spread all over your base when they take 20+ cycles to die off.

The system needs more opportunities to spread diseases as well as better options at fighting them. Quarantine, air/liquid disinfection.

There is so much to the germ system and all of it is ignored. Germ sensors, ore scrubbers, chlorine gas's main mechanic, and building sanitization which is the first thing I turn off when starting. I got ONI less then 2 months ago but I heard Slimelung was more then just a 2 cycle nuisance, my first encounter with it I actually crafted the instant cure medicine, now looking back, its completely not necessary.  I don't understand the stance to neuter threats, at least this is my perspective and feedback from my experience with the game on Outbreak Prone setting.
