FPS LOCKED AT 60

I have a very annoying error in my game, it gets stuck at 60 FPS no matter what I try.

My configuration is good, very good, I have a RTX 2070 Super, Ryzen 53600, 16 GB RAM and 144hz monitor, but the game is still locked at 60 FPS in the menu and in-game the FPS drops to 30 in late game, I wanted to know how increase the fps.

(Yes, I already turned off v-sncy in the settings and tried to increase the resolution in the settings, but when I leave the menu and come back it resets the settings to the previous values.)

DST is capped at 60 as far as I know. The game should be able to recognise 144hz, but all the animations are done in 60 so you still won't be able to see the difference. Could be the case with Griftlands as well.
