(Sorry if this sounds rude) I'd recommend to post the log file itself, so we might see what's going on. In general With these kind of connection issues I'd try checking the local Firewall on your dedicated server, or the Firewall on your router, if you have one. In some cases forwarding the ports that you've configured on your dedicated server helps as well (If you are hosting it on a local machine.) Also make sure that you aren't running any mods that cause issues.
