I'm making with some friends a custom character in game and tecnically we have everything done but we need help with custom perks (and some char modifications like effects on it) and one custom item. So we were wondering if one person with already experience about custom chars mod in the comunity can help us please. We are ready to pay any help/service (as we know is fair to pay a good work) for to create all the info in playable accions in game. If is so, write to me by PM. ^^ Once again, Thanks!!
