Eye candy for shutoffs

Hi!

The recent fix for conveyor shutoffs in Spaced Out! spawned an interesting idea. Add eye candy for each type of shutoff based on working status.

This could be done by using the buildings' light as follows:

  • Off/No light: Disabled by automation/missing automation wire - power (No animation, default).
  • Green: Enabled by automation and transmitting payload. (Building animation activates as well - this is standard behavior.)
  • Yellow: Enabled by automation but lacking payload to transfer. No animation. (A.K.A.: Empty pipe/rail. Thus needlessly consuming power, onus is on player; 10w/s, boohoo.)
  • Red: Enabled by automation but pipe/rail is blocked. (Power is not consumed as well as no animation is activated by default in this scenario.)
