New mechanic idea: Legacy chest, bring an old item to a new save

A way to spice up a new save.

After defeating the Celestial Champion Wagstaff will allow you to give him one item (a chest near him), which he will transfer to uhhh a new reality... Really complex stuff you wouldn't understand. Lets just say time in the constant is... finicky. 

Starting a new save over the old one (you have to sacrifice the old save) will have Wagstaff spawn and give you what you gave him. 

I'd like to play a new save with Wormwood already having earned the new enlightenment crown fair and square. No I cant just spawn it in, yes I'm on console.
