Based on that screenshot, you were able to claim the drops correctly (check mark under Smite'ning Rod + Smite'ning Rod Portrait). And upon opening DST right after claiming them, the items should appear as gift boxes in the first menu of the game. Did it not appear for you? Double check: https://accounts.klei.com/account/transactions The Items should be reflected there with the dates you claimed them. I just opened the boxes and close the game. And I just checked the website u gave me. It didn't show, too. Zillvr Posted May 6, 2021 Share Posted May 6, 2021 @Xioulaer The Smite'ning Rod + Portrait are not under the Twitch Item Drop since they were given under a new system with Twitch. You could, however set Filter to All Transactions and CTRL + F for "Smite", if it doesn't appear. Scroll to the bottom of the page and go to the next page. Depending on how long ago you've gotten it, it should be there, if your Twitch Inventory reflects that it's been claimed already. Filter for "CREATE AN ITEM". Is it not there? My final advice for you is to directly contact Klei Support through this link: https://support.klei.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with the following details: Game: Don't Starve Together Category: Account Help Description: Include your Klei User ID Check https://accounts.klei.com/account/info Include your Linked Twitch User ID: Also found in link above Specify, that you have claimed the Smite'ning Rod + Portrait in your Twitch Inventory when it was available and have also received it in-game when you opened DST before but now the items are gone. Also say that you've checked https://accounts.klei.com/account/transactions and that you've also double checked for https://support.klei.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029881271-My-Don-t-Starve-Together-items-are-missing-from-Steam-Inventory. Also attach the screenshots you've shared. From there, hopefully Klei Support can give you better assistance than I can on the matter. Sorry I couldn't help troubleshoot the issue with you. I logged out my Steam and logged in, then I received these when I opened the game.
