Can you give Wendy's abilities to custom characters?

I have a question about character customization.
I want to keep Wendy's abilities as a custom character.
 Is there any way to take Wendy's abilities and customize it?

I'm just a beginner too but I'd want to take every Wendy/Abigail/Abigail's Flower lua and animation files from the scripts into my mod folder (download the extended sample character mod in dst tutorial.)

If you want to use Abigail, not the original Abigail.
Do I have to draw Abigail myself?
