Problem with downloading/updating mods

Hello everyone,
since the latest update I've had problems with several mods. What happened is that I could not connect to a server (not dedicated) and I was met with an error that prevented me to join because mods were "missing" (see third attachment). We both verified our mods through unsubscribing and subscribing again to them through the workshop, and we also tried to re-download them through the clean install tool in the game, but to no avail.

In the mods section of the game the mods I downloaded appeared with ther ID code (I presume?) but with no name or description, without even the possibiity to update it, albeit I can press the update buttons without success (see first attachment)

What I realized is that while I am subscribed to the mod, the mods folder remains with just four files - which I never interacted with (see second attachment).

I even changed the download region through Steam, but without success.

I will provide logs if necessary but I admit I am at a loss of things to think about. Thank you in advance.

Verifying game files does nothing for me, the errors still remain.

All right, we fixed the problem by completely reinstalling Steam. The problem then must've been on the workshop part. Thank you anyway...!
